3.如需取消酒店预订,请于10月15日前按下述步骤取消:登录后进入个人中心(Dashboard)→我的订单→取消订单(微信小程序:我的→订单与发票→取消订单)。

(1) Avoid resubmitting reservation orders to prevent holding additional rooms, which may lead to unnecessary costs.

(2) Ensure the accuracy of your check-in and check-out dates.

(3) After successfully submitting your reservation, you will receive an email notification. You can also log in to your personal center → My Orders → View hotel reservation information.

3.Some representatives may be unable to attend the conference because of unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so to allow other representatives the opportunity to book a room. To cancel your reservation (before October 15th): Log in to your Dashboard → My Order → Cancel Order.
